The thick-walled body carved in shallow relief around the flattened sides with bands of taotie masks, with further masks on the neck seperated by a pair of bird-head and lingzhi-sprig handles suspending loose rings, the tall cover carved en suite below a large blossom finial suspending rings from curled leaves flanking the stem, the stone mottled in pale lavender and shades of apple-green and greenish-white (base drilled, minor repair)--17 in.
