A RARE CANTON ENAMEL TRIPOD CENSER AND COVER
QIANLONG SEAL MARK AND OF THE PERIOD

Of inverted bell shape on three cabriole legs, the domed cover with a rockwork handle, set with corresponding medallions on the body depicting a European couple on a cliff overlooking a lake, the body and neck further embellished with florettes reserved on a gilt ground, the interior in pale blue enamel (some restoration and wear)--15. 3/4in. (40cm.) high
