Finely carved in imitation of lacquer with a medallion enclosing a gnarled pine branch issuing from a cliff to one side amid scrolling clouds partially hiding the sun above a sea of rolling and cresting waves with rocks projecting upward, the sides with two borders of sanduo, peach, pomegrante and finger citrus sprigs divided at the by the rim (one leaf polished, minor age cracks )--7in. (18cm.) diam.
