Of rectangular shape decorated in iro-e takamaki-e, inlaid lacquer and soft-metal on a kinji ground with warrior's equipment, illustrated on one side with a helmet, sword, fan and lance inlaid in gilt metal, the reverse with a battle fan, bow and quiver of arrows, interior cases nashiji; fitted with an ivory bead ojime carved as Daruma--4in. (10cm.) high
