The six-lobed censer lacquered in gold, silver and red takamaki-e, hiramaki-e and kirigane on a nashiji ground with a plum tree and pine beside a river spanned by a bridge and lined with rocks, fences, camellia and persimmons, the base nashiji, lined in copper and with a gilt-metal basketweave cover--4¼in. (10.7cm.) diameter, 3in. (7.7cm.) high
