The plain, compressed, bulbous body raised on three cabriole legs issuing from the jaws of lion masks flanked by scrolling leaves, with a loose ring suspended from each loop handle which sprouts into further leaves on either side of a large monster mask issuing from the high shoulder of the vessel, and with a further seated mythical beast surmounting the domed cover, the semi-translucent stone highly polished and of even tone
