The associated circular specimen marble top above a pierced scroll edge and a frieze drawer, on a fluted and foliate-carved stem with a circular stepped base, square plinth and later paw-feet, with a paper label engraved Mrs. W. Vanderbilt/New York and inscribed TO GO NEXT TO PRESENT FROM PRINCIPESSA TORLONIA/GREEN DRAWING ROOM/RH223 and checked at The City, with another partially torn label printed MAPLES DEPOSITORY with a third paper label inscribed 14
