Cylindrical of flattened oval form, overall enamelled with translucent yellow over waved ground, the ends with hinged covers to the match compartment and compartment holding the silver-gilt and similarly enamelled amber cigarette holder, with rose-diamond thumbpieces, marked on base of body and inside two covers, in original velvet and silk-lined wooden box, the cover stamped in Russian 'Fabergé St Petersburg Moscow, London' with Imperial warrant
