The first and early American editions were printed by the Schlueter Printing Firm, New York, whereas the English editions were printed by Edmund Evans. Quinby notes the American editions in her bibliography and gives the various addresses of F. Warne. However, in Quinby, the Schlueter name has been consistently mis-spelled as "Schleuter."
