Oblong 12mo, contents mounted and folded accordian style on pale green linen back into original decorated grey cloth wallet-style case, upper cover with mounted oval color pictorial label, mottled green paper lining, some light soiling to covers, some minor rubbing, paper creased inside front tab; contents fold-out in panoramic form from first illustration (which is mounted onto the front inner cover flap, as issued), some minor rubbing along folds.
