The ovoid body on knopped and raised circular base, the long neck with flared rim topped by fixed finial formed as a mounted crusader, the shoulder and neck joined by two multi-scroll handles, applied below with bearded satyr's mask, the base and shoulder chased with flowers, scrolls and two stylized grotesque masks, one side chased with scene of the King and Queen leave-taking amongst warriors, the other with vacant shaped oval reserve, with further floral clusters, matted leaves and plain strapwork between--24in. (60.9cm.) high, 81oz.
