Lobed baluster, on raised circular base cast with rocaille scrolls, flowers and foliage at intervals, the body with acanthus corners, divided by flowering plants, two sides with paired flower enclosed vacant oval cartouche, on stippled ground within ogee strapwork surround, with part foliate highly upraised spout, floral and foliate capped scroll handle, with wavy rim with tongue-and-dart application, the hinged decorated raised cover topped by cast floral finial--9in. (22.8cm.) high, gross weight 29oz.
