A TWO-HANDLED SILVER-PLATED TRAY
Maker's mark of a bell within reeded oval, apparently 19th century
Oval, the center with vacant shaped circular cartouche, enclosed by stylized paired anthemion, with paired anthemion at intervals above, the far ground engraved with broad frieze of Classical figures, including horse-drawn chariots, farmers with animals, musicians and mounted warriors, the far ground with further stylized anthemion band, with applied rope-twist rim, with two satyr mask centered husk and corded loop handles--length over handles 30in.
