Of canted rectangular shape supported by four trefoil feet, the silver border cast with overlapping chrysanthemum, peony, hibiscus, lily and plum blossoms and the stippled surface of the tray decorated with five shaped reserves, four ivory and one gold lacquer, inlaid in mother-of-pearl, colored ivory, coral, horn and applied lacquer with birds and spring flowers, one carp inlaid in silver --10 7/8 x 9 x 1 5/8in.
