The molded arched cornice enclosing a diamond-form cartouche over a pair of arched doors fitted with later bevelled arched plates enclosing an elaborately fitted interior of various drawers and compartments, the slant lid enclosing a similarly fitted interior, over two short and two long drawers, fitted with later pierced chinoiserie brasses, on bun feet, with overall ebony crossbanding
