etching and drypoint, 1634, on laid paper, watermark Foolscap, third (final) state, with narrow to thread margins at top and bottom, trimmed to the platemark at left and right, touches of grey wash throughout, pale staining and scattered foxing, a few short tears at the sheet edges (backed), pale staining and remains of old glue and masking tape on the reverse; and The Raising of Lazarus: The Larger Plate (B., Holl. 73; H. 96; BB. 32-4)--etching, circa 1632, on laid paper, watermark Cockatrice, ninth state (of ten), with narrow margins, pale scattered foxing and staining, a 3/8-inch tear into the image at right, an ink borderline and other remains of ink in the margins, pale staining and foxing on the reverse (2)
