drypoint, circa 1890, on laid paper, watermark Van der Ley, a good impression with touches of burr on the drypoint, fifth (final) state, with the artist's blue monogram stamp (L. 604), with full margins, a very small paper loss and a tiny tear with an attendant short crease at the extreme margin edges, pale mat staining on the reverse, otherwise in good condition
