etching, circa 1631, on fine laid paper, without watermark, a fine impression of this early portrait, with thread margins or trimmed on the platemark, a very small repair at the left edge, some other lesser and much smaller repairs elsewhere at the edges, touches of gray ink at the plate edges, pale discoloration, two old horizontal folds with small associated defects in the blank area at top, otherwise in good condition
