A FRENCH CASTER, First Standard, probably late 19th Century, in the Rococo style, partly fluted interted pyriform, on spreading circular base, chased between bands of rocaille with floral festoons and asymetrical scrolling ornament on a matted ground, the high domed pierced cover chased with rocaille and topped by cast rocaille finial--7in. (17.7cm.) high, 4.5oz.
