A GEORGE II EWER, London 1757, probably by Thomas Heming, baluster-form, on circular spreading foot, with chased gadrooned band to foot, stem and shoulder, the body and neck later chased with broad band of scrolling holly, and centering vacant asymetrical carouche within foliate scrolls and rocaille surround, with shell applied beneath the shaped spout, with foliate capped and beaded rat-tail applied multi-scroll handle--11¼in.
