A GEORGE IV TWO-HANDLED TRAY, by Smith, Tate, Hoult & Tate, Sheffield, apparently 1820 (date letter rubbed), oblong, on four foliate lion's paw feet, the ground engraved with coat-of-arms, Earl's coronet, motto and two lion supporters, with bold beaded egg-and-dart rim, and two elaborate foliate scroll handles--length over handles 28½in. (72.3cm.), 170oz.
