A GREEN-GLAZED POTTERY FIGURE OF A BARKING DOG HAN DYNASTY
Shown standing four-square on small star-form feet, with head raised, mouth open in a bark and ears curved forward alertly, wearing a studded harness molded with two large overlapping loops as if for attachment to a chain, the long, thin tail coiled to one side, covered overall in a leaf-green glaze degraded in areas to a silvery iridescence, some restoration--13in. (33cm.) long
