A WHITE-GLAZED INCISED STEM BOWL
YONGZHENG MARK IN UNDERGLAZE BLUE AND OF THE PERIOD

Incised on the exterior with lotus blossoms evenly spaced around the sides, each positioned beneath one of the Eight Buddhist Emblems, with a band of conjoined ruyi heads below, raised on a pedestal foot incised with detached florettes on the knop and ruyi sprays below, mark in a line inside the foot, hair crack; together with a small blue and white bowl, Chenghua mark in underglaze blue within a double circle, Transitional--6 7/8 and 4 3/8in. (17.5 and 11.1cm.) diam. (2)
