A PAIR OF HELLENISTIC GOLD BULL'S HEAD EARRINGS
circa 3rd century b.c.
Each with a tapering hoop of spiraled plain and beaded wires and a sheet collar with filligree of plain and beaded wire, each bull's head with separately made ears, incised details, and indented eyes, attachment loops beneath the muzzles, both with additional modern gold earwires
1 1/16in. (2.7cm.) long
