Of tapering cylindrical form with a flat base and everted rim, the upper body with raised bands, the lower register with a scene rendered in very low relief, the details incised, with an enthroned figure, perhaps a deity, wearing a flounced robe and holding a bowl, recieving four figures, including a standing figure with one hand raised, a standing figure holding the end of a rope, leading a goat, a third figure overlapped by the goat, and a fourth figure holding an animal in his arms
