A REGENCY SILVER-GILT CENTERPIECE BOWL

On tri-form pedestal base raised on bracket feet chased with anthemion and honeysuckle, chased with borders of dentilation and engraved in the center with a coat-of-arms, creat and helm within elaborate foliate scroll mantling, the circular bowl raised on three acanthus scroll feet terminating in octagonal pads, the lower part of the body applied with acanthus and applied at the shoulder with a band of honeysuckle, with everted stiff leaf rim, the sides engraved with two crests, marked on base and bowl -- 11 in. (28 cm.) diam.
