Boat-shaped, on four massive scroll feet headed by stylized foliage, with two foliate and reeded lion-mask handles and gadrooned rim, the domed cover chased with a band of dentilation and surmounted by a foliate and reeded loop handle, fitted with a plated liner, engraved with a crest and motto, marked on base and cover -- length over handles 15¼ in.
