The tapering baluster-turned and reeded footposts above rectangular blocks inlaid with panels of satinwood, on inverted baluster-turned feet, the similar headposts centering an eagle-carved headboard, surmounted by an arched tester (headboard not original)--97in. high (including canopy), 55½in. wide, 79in. long
