Painted at the center with a classical bust length profile within green and purple bands at the well and border centered with a quartered coat-of-arms within a roundel and wavy rims (rim chip)--6½in. (16.5cm.) diam.

The arms are those of Peter Van Hemert, Director of the Danish East India Company
