A SILVER COVERED EWER AND A WATER-PITCHER, the first maker's mark probably that of of Lebkuecher & Co., also stamped S. Walter Lawrence Co., tapering cylindrial, with hammer finish, chased with large arcades, the cylindrical neck, partly domed hinged cover and baluster finial engraved with greek motif bands, the squat spout chased with bearded satyr's mask--11¼in. (28.5cm.) high; the baluster water-pitcher--maker's mark of F. M. Whiting Co., two sides chased with rose-spray, with foliate capped scroll handle--9¼in. (23.4cm.) high, 47oz.
