A PAIR OF RUSSIAN SILVER TORAH-FINIALS, Moscow, 1892, unknown assaymaster, each of baluster form on Hebrew inscribed tapering cylindrical stem, rising to two engraved openwork scroll knops, with openwork scroll supports between the knops, hung with bells (one support, and ten bells lacking), above with openwork engraved crown, hung with bells (six lacking) and spread eagle finial (the bells possibly metal)--14½in. (36.8cm.) high, gross weight 38oz.
