A SILVER FIVE-PIECE TEA-SERVICE, maker's mark of Redlich & Co., comprising tea-kettle, stand and lamp, teapot, two-handled covered sugar-bowl, cream-jug and waste-bowl, each urn-form, monogrammed, with bellflower engraved convex corners, on raised shaped oval foot, the shoulder engraved with scalework corners centering foliate spray, with applied tied laurel and foliate shell rim, partly reeded angular handles, the partly fluted domed covers topped by bone finial, the tea-kettle with overhead swing handle, the shaped oval stand engraved with conforming decoration and with two scroll supports--height of tea-kettle on stand over handle 13¾in. (34.9cm.), gross weight 121oz.
