The high-shouldered quadrangular vase decorated in delicate colored enamels enriched with gilt on a cream crackle glaze ground with shaped reserves of a riverscape, bird on lush wistaria vines, a wedding procession and a phoenix on cherry branches, reserved on a ground of overlapping chrysanthemums, the domed cover painted with radiating stylized chrysanthemum petals painted with foliate scroll against a ground matching the body, the knop in the form of a chrysanthemum bud with gilt center- 7 in. (17.8 cm.) high
