The gilt fusee movement jewelled to the third wheel with chatons, chased cock supporting gold three-arm balance with steel poising screws, bimetallic curb fixed to polished steel regulator labelled "cold/heat", gilt dustcap, engine turned gold dial with varicolored wreath enclosing roman chapters, gold hands, subsidiary seconds, within an engine turned 18K gold case with chased band, c. 1825--50mm. diam.
