The gilt cylinder movement jewelled to the third wheel, pin set, metal cuvette, white enamel dial, (bezel lacking), blued steel hands, within an engine turned 14K gold case enhanced with applied flower set with rose-cut diamonds, the 18K gold brooch in the form of a triangular trellis, set alternately with circular- and rose-cut diamonds, the pin with maker's mark 'J W', cockerel between, c. 1890s--27mm. diam., the brooch 53mm. long
