The nickel keyless lever movement jewelled through the hammers, counterpoised escapement with overcoiled palladium hairspring, repeating on gongs by means of slide on band, inscribed 18K gold cuvette, signed white enamel dial, roman chapter ring enclosing gold putti jacquemarts striking bells, gold hands, within a signed 18K gold case finely engraved with scrolls and flowers, enhanced with blue enamel and set with numerous rose-cut diamonds, c. 1885--51mm. diam.
