The trowel with rounded triangular blade engraved with a band of scrolls and with turned ebonized handle, marked on reverse and with later control marks--7¾in. (19.5cm.) long; the tongs with reeded tapering handles and baluster finial, engraved with a monogram, fully marked; struck with the charge and discharge of Jean-Jacques Prevost--7¼in. (18.5cm.) long
