The incurved base with leaf rim and supported by four paw feet headed by anthemion and acanthus, the central removable rectangular inkwell with applied winged caryatids and fitted removable seal surmounted by the cast figure of Philip II, with two cylindrical removable covered bottles, one with pierced top, each with flat cover with rooster finial, the front engraved with initials, marked on base, inkwell and bottles; together with a silver feather form pen holder--8 1/8in.
