LATE 18TH CENTURY, THE SECOND WITH INCISED B

Modelled as a manacled youth clasping a girl's hand while a woman puts money in a purse; and as a youth holding a girl's hand whilst a bear picks his pocket (damages to her hand and his manacles on the first; feet and base restored, chips to ribbons and to rope, the second)--about 5¾in. (14.5cm.) high (2)
