Of flattened ovoid form, well-carved in high relief with a dragon striding on the shoulder above a flaming pearl on one side and on the other with a dragon issuing from vapourous clouds, pierced to hold a link of the chain attached to the loose ring suspended from one of the cloud-form handles flanking the knop surmounting the cover, the pale celadon whitish stone with some rich emerald green inclusions at the high relief carved areas of dragons, clouds and pearls, also some darker green and russet mottling throughout - 7 1/2 in.
