A collection of twenty-eight original dressing room signs from the M.G.M Studios lot in Hollywood, California. In the days of the Studio system, many stars had permanent rooms on the lot at the film company that they were signed to. Includes Gregory Peck, Burt Lancaster, Tony Perkins, Peter Lawford, Peter Lorre, Paul Henreid, Gene Tierney and Mary Astor--black ink calligraphy on paper--6½ in. x 9¾ in. and similar.
Originally purchased in the 1970 M.G.M. Studios Auction.
