An Egyptian crown worn by actress Nina Foch as "Princess Bithiah", adopted mother of "Moses" played by Charlton Heston. The yellow metal headpiece is designed with a circular and center band fashioned with five painted enamel rosettes simulating gold with lapis detail. On the front of the crown, two Egyptian ram heads. Nina Foch also wore the crown in the famous painting of "Bithiah" by artist Arnold Friberg, specially commissioned by Cecil b. deMille for the production. The crown was also worn in other deMille classics including Sign Of The Cross, The Egyptian and King Of Kings. Accompanied by an image reproduction of the illustrated painting in the premier program.
