The heavy blue brocade robe is three-quarter, designed with matching velvet lapel, changed collar and cuffs. The robe is lined in deep blue satin, in the inside right shoulder the fabric stamp WESTERN COSTUME COMPANY. Sewn in the inside right shoulder the tag WESTERN COSTUME COMPANY and O. WELLES; an additional WESTERN COSTUME COMPANY tag reads HARRISON. The robe was also worn by actor Rex Harrison in the 1947 film The Foxes Of Harrow; together with three images from the films--8 x 10 in. and similar.
