Well painted with a European couple seated upon a diaper-patterned blanket in a garden terrace, the woman holding a large pink fruit, with other large fruits spread before them, all within a large leaf-shaped reserve on a ground of composite foliate scroll below a squared-scroll border at the rim, the exterior painted in ruby grisaille on a ruby ground with an allover design of composite fruit and foliate scroll, within keyfret borders, the inside of the foot painted with a chilin in a landscape, some restoration--8 1/2 in. (21.6cm.)
