Each decorated on the sides with elaborate taotie masks rising one above the other from a pair of archaistic birds near the base, with blue dragon scroll on the canted shoulder and the flared neck, the galleried mouth rim decorated with a band of keyfret, raised on a matching square stand pierced with ruyi motifs and elipses, all in red, blue, yellow, pink, white, green and black on a turquoise ground, base of vase and top of stand impressed with two characters, cheng and de--17 in.
