Made for the export market, each holding a gilt and iron-red decorated hu-form vase and wearing layered robes decorated with foliate medallions, butterflies and scattered flower sprigs within foliate borders, with a cloud collar at the neck, the faces well modeled and delicately painted, the hair dressed in a looped topknot and segmented at the nape, some restoration--16 1/8 in. (40.9cm.) high, mounted as lamps (2)
