A GEORGE II SILVER COFFEE POT, London, circa 1748, marks worn, tapering cylindrical with tucked in base, on molded circular foot, the side engraved with vacant shield shaped cartouche within reeded and foliate scroll surround, with partly fluted spout, wood scroll handle, the hinged molded low domed cover topped by baluster finial--9in. (22.8cm.) high, gross weight 19oz.
