The following four lots were commissioned from Tiffany Studios by a prominent West Coast philanthropist in 1914. Several other lighting fixtures and chandeliers were offered at Christie's New York on June 7, 1996, including an important patinated-bronze and mosaic glass "Peacock" chandelier and four pairs of "Peacock" sconces en suite.
