Pauly's Express, Paid, frank (Haller FP6, type 1), printed express company frank in a triple-lined box, unused, on 3c Pink entire (u58), discolored waterstains and soiling at edges, affects indicia, presentable and nearly fine, very scarce, all copies show some water damage since they were salvaged from a fire, this company serviced the Gibsonville Ridge mines between Downieville and Quincy Cal., ca. 1866
