Paid. frank (Haller FW13), printed express company frank in a ribbon design, imitative of Bamber & Co. franks, used on 3c Green entire (U82) cancelled by mostly illegible blue double circle datestamp, to San Francisco, irregular reduction at left just clear of frank, mostly light edge toning, still presentable and nearly fine, scarce, Whitney eventually took over Bamber's Contra Costa Route, 1875-1876
